Hello Everyone,

Our goal is to keep all of our valued patients, families, New patients and our Team safe as well. The office will look and feel a bit different on your next visit. This time has given us an opportunity to freshen up the office. The office was totally cleaned, carpets shampooed and the office was repainted.

We have added additional Infection control protocols to our current list that exceed the CDC and OSHA guidelines.

Here are some of our protocols to help keep everyone safe:

  • Patients will receive an e-mail the day before appointments that needs to be filled out and e-mailed back- Basic Covid-19 symptoms. Take your temperature to add to the form. If you have or had a fever please call to reschedule your appointment for a later appointment. There is a SUBMIT button on the bottom of the form.
  • Patients will call the office on their arrival while in the car. To limit waiting time in the reception room, you will be called when your room is ready to come right back.
  • Your temperature will be taken at the door, as well as have you use the hand sanitizer.
  • You will notice all CLINICAL TEAM members will be wearing KN95 masks covered by a surgical mask. Face Shields will be used as well.
  • Front office team members will now be wearing masks and Plexiglass shields have been placed.
  • Head Covers and Booties will be worn. Patients may request these as well if they would like.
  • We still ask if you have been out of the country, or on a plane or non- social distancing during transportations, to re-schedule your appointment.
  • We will have limited seating in the reception area. If you are not the patient we are asking you remain in the car. Only those patients who need to be accompanied by someone will be permitted. If a family is scheduled together, Parents will remain up front if the children have appointments.
  • As always our sterilization will be done between each patient.
  • During Dental and Hygiene visits where moisture droplets may occur, we have a large aerosol suction. This suction has a fan and HEPA filters and an elephant like trunk attachment with a round dome that is placed close to the mouth to suction up any moisture or droplets.
  • We are implementing a hands-free payment system for co-payments and bills to be paid over the phone or email with safe and secure software. Until then, we will be calling a few days before your appointment to collect, schedule family members so there is less waiting at the front desk.

We will be updating Guidelines as they become available. This has been a “change” for all of us, but our patient’s safety is our major concern.
