For over three decades, Dr. Ron Briglia and his team have been serving patients of all ages in West Chester PA with the best dental care and the most beautiful smiles. The Briglia Dental Group has a special way of connecting with you and going the extra mile to ensure that you get the dental care that you deserve in a calm and relaxing manner.

To ensure that all our patients receive timely and effective care, the Briglia Dental Group has a confirmation service to help you keep track of your appointments with us. Here are the simple steps that we go through with our patients to ensure that you don’t miss an appointment and to make sure that everyone gets a fair chance as well.

  • We don’t want to bother you with phone calls at the wrong times! This is why we have an email and a text messaging system. You will receive confirmations for hygiene and restorative appointments via email and text messages, two weeks in advance of your appointment.
  • If you don’t reach out to us with a confirmation, we will reach out to you again a week before your appointment.
  • We understand that life can get ahead of you which is why we will also call you if we don’t hear back from you after the second reminder. We will call you two days ahead of your appointment date.
  • If we are unable to reach you via phone, we will wait till 2 pm on the day of the phone call to hear back from you. In case you don’t reach us, we want to apologize in advance as we will have to pass on your appointment to another patient who is waiting for a time slot.
  • However, if you have a chronic issue, Dr. Briglia and his team want to ensure that your dental care routine is on track. Even if you missed an appointment or were late to cancel, we have a VIP appointment system to help ensure that your oral health is on the right track.   • We also want to let you know that if you confirm your appointment, our system will mark you with a ‘Green’ in our schedule and we will not bother you about it. We do believe that this means you will be present for your appointment.
  • Dr. Briglia and his team understand that times are difficult and you have many things to keep up with. With our appointment confirmation system, we try our best to offer you improved convenience. It would be great for both of us if you can confirm your appointment as soon as you receive the first confirmation email or text message two weeks ahead of your dental date with us.
  • VIP system: If you are finding it difficult to keep up with your appointments with us, this is for you! If you are on our VIP list, we will send you a text message on the day of the appointment offering you a time slot anywhere within the next one to five hours. We will hand out these appointments on a “first come, first served” basis. If you would like this same day appointment, reply to us right away. If we don’t hear back from you, we will pass on the time slot to the next patient in line. You can benefit from this VIP list for all your hygiene and dentist consultation appointments.
